KLOW Dosage: Four Peptides in a Fixed Ratio, So One Number Sets All Four

KLOW is a premixed vial of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV with no registered study as a combination. Sellers list it at 50/10/10/10 mg; a clinic sells the same four molecules at 5/5/10/5. The ratio, not the total, decides what a draw contains.

KLOW is a commercial name for a vial holding four peptides at once: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. It is sold premixed, which changes the dosage question in a way single-compound pages never face. In a premixed vial the seller's ratio, not the buyer's arithmetic, decides how much of each peptide a given volume contains.

What the labels say

The first two agree exactly. The third sells the same four molecules in a different proportion and under a different name, describing its "carefully calibrated dosing ratios (5/5/10/5mg)" as reflecting "years of clinical experience".

Two other details from the same pages are worth recording. One vendor lists the product only by total — "80 MG" as the selected "Dosage" option — with the split in the description. Another lists a 3 mL vial, which is the glass, not a concentration: no seller opened here states a reconstitution volume, so the milligrams per millilitre of a prepared vial are set by whoever prepares it.

The ratio is the dose

In the 80 mg vial the four peptides sit at 5 : 1 : 1 : 1, GHK-Cu first. GHK-Cu is 62.5% of the peptide mass in the vial; the other three are 12.5% each.

That has a consequence a per-compound page never has to state: choosing a figure for one peptide fixes the other three. The table below works it through for two stated BPC-157 amounts, using each vial's own ratio. These are arithmetic consequences of the labels, not recommendations.

The same stated BPC-157 amount delivers five times as much GHK-Cu from one vial as from the other, and half as much KPV. Two vials both sold as a four-peptide healing blend are, in exposure terms, two different products.

Where the circulating figures come from, and why they do not fit

The figures attached to these blends are borrowed from the component compounds. This site has already sourced them one page at a time:

Two mismatches follow. First, the frequencies disagree: the BPC-157 and GHK-Cu conventions are daily, the TB-500 convention is twice weekly, and a single vial cannot be drawn on two schedules at once. Second, the GHK-Cu convention is the one the 80 mg ratio happens to satisfy — a 250–500 mcg BPC-157 draw carries 1,250–2,500 mcg of GHK-Cu, which lands on the 1–2 mg figure. No seller page opened here says the ratio was designed for that, and we are not asserting it was; the arithmetic is simply consistent with it.

A "dosage guide" for the 80 mg blend, published in February 2026 by PeptideClinicLocator, states "200-500 mcg per injection, depending on specific peptide", then gives separate ranges for BPC-157 and TB-500 together and for KPV. In a premixed vial those are not four settings on one dial. They describe four different draws, each of which would deliver the other three peptides at whatever the ratio dictates.

What has been tested

Nothing, as a combination. The census on our stacks page ran every pairing of these components through ClinicalTrials.gov on 16 September 2026 and returned zero registered studies of any combination, against 3 registrations for BPC-157 alone, 1 for GHK-Cu and none for KPV. The registry search works; the combinations simply are not in it.

The component records are also uneven in kind. GHK-Cu has four human topical studies and no human study of an injection. TB-500 has no human study of the fragment at all. KPV has no registration and a literature dominated by delivery engineering. BPC-157's single human report is a retrospective series of 12 knee injections with no control group. A blend of four compounds does not average their evidence; it inherits every gap in all four.

What is not established

  • No label, no monograph, no registered protocol for the blend, so no reviewed dose exists.
  • No fixed composition. The name does not identify a product; two versions differ five-fold in GHK-Cu share.
  • No stated reconstitution volume, so concentration is set after purchase.
  • No published study of the combination, and no human injection study of GHK-Cu or any human study of TB-500 or KPV.
  • No sterility or content guarantee from a purity figure. A purity percentage on a four-peptide vial speaks to detected material, not to the ratio being what the label says; our testing page sets out what each assay does and does not measure.

What a reader can check in ten minutes

  1. Open two sellers' KLOW pages and copy the milligram splits. Check whether they agree.
  2. Divide each component by the total to get the share. Note which peptide dominates.
  3. Search ClinicalTrials.gov for the four names together, then for each name alone.
  4. Ask any page quoting a blend dose which vial ratio the figure assumes.
  5. Check whether a reconstitution volume is stated anywhere on the product page.

Frequently asked questions

What is in KLOW?

Four peptides premixed in one vial: GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide-1), BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. The composition sellers list most often is 50 mg of GHK-Cu and 10 mg each of the other three, 80 mg in total, which is how Prime Labs and Medica Depot list it. The name is a commercial label, not a registered formulation, so the composition is whatever the seller states.

What is the KLOW dose?

There is no label, no trial and no registered protocol for the blend, so there is no dose in any sense a regulator or a study has tested. Figures in circulation are borrowed from the individual peptides — for example 250 to 500 mcg a day for BPC-157 and 1 to 2 mg a day for GHK-Cu on clinic and vendor pages. The blend's fixed ratio means those figures cannot all be applied at once to the same vial; see the arithmetic on this page.

Why does the ratio matter more than the total milligrams?

Because a premixed vial delivers its peptides together. Whatever volume is drawn, the four arrive in the proportion they were mixed in. In the 80 mg KLOW vial, every 1 part of BPC-157 comes with 5 parts of GHK-Cu. In a 25 mg clinic blend of the same four molecules, every 1 part of BPC-157 comes with 1 part of GHK-Cu and 2 parts of KPV. The same BPC-157 figure therefore means a five-fold different amount of GHK-Cu depending on which vial is in use.

Is KLOW the same as GLOW?

The two names are used for overlapping blends. One research vendor's catalogue, opened on 17 September 2026, lists a KLOW blend and a GLOW blend as separate products, and the KLOW listing names KPV as the fourth peptide. Because neither name is a defined formulation, a label's stated milligrams are the only way to know which is in a vial and in what ratio.

Has KLOW been studied in people?

Not as a combination. A census of ClinicalTrials.gov on 16 September 2026 found no registered study of any named peptide blend. Of the four components, BPC-157 had 3 registrations, GHK-Cu 1 and KPV none; TB-500 has a single 2026 dose-escalation registration (NCT07487363) whose arms state no milligram amounts. BPC-157's published human record is one uncontrolled retrospective series; TB-500's is none; GHK-Cu's human trials are of creams, not injections.

Does the arithmetic on this page describe how to use KLOW?

No. It describes what a stated amount of one component implies about the other three in a fixed-ratio vial, which is a property of the product rather than a protocol. Nothing here is a recommendation, and questions about administration belong with a clinician.
